Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. There is an additional fee for walk-in and emergency cases. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
New clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. For your convenience, you may use our online form. We realize circumstances may prevent you from keeping appointments; our office personnel will call to confirm appointments 24-48 hours prior. As a courtesy to other clients and our scheduling, we would appreciate your call if you know in advance that you will not be able to make an appointment.
Appointments are scheduled for single pets for the safety of handling your pet. Any additional pets desired to be seen in a consecutive appointment must be pre-arranged with our office.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs
must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam
rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All
children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Cell phones should be turned off in exam rooms.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and cash. Personal checks are accepted only from established clients.
